Housed in a six acre beautifully landscaped campus, GIDC is a delight for students to study and reside in. In keeping with the Client’s vision, the campus has been planned like a garden city wherein a plethora of outdoor activities abound all around the academic, residential and recreation blocks. A system for rain water harvesting , recycling for irrigation of the campus and reuse as flushing water for toilets has also been planned.

Completed in the year 2013, with a covered area of 35,500 sq.ft. in phase-I, the campus has been planned on the principles of ‘Vastu Shastra’. All existing natural features- ground slopes, trees etc. have been retained in an effort towards ‘Green architecture’. The curvilinear built form in both dimensions serves to merge with natural surroundings too. A double skin system has been adopted in the shell of the academic block to reduce heat load on the building.
